Payment terms
Purchase at the construction stage with an interest-free installment plan, subject to an initial payment of 35%. The remaining amount is paid in equal installments according to the payment schedule specified in the contract. Installment provided until 10.12.2025. Down payment 35%: from 136 400 EUR. Payment frequency: quarterly. Receiving the TAPU: after 100% payment.
