About the company
NEW LEVEL GROUP is a Turkish developer building comfortable, high-quality and genuinely stylish homes along the Mediterranean coast.
We took everything we learned in real estate, tourism and hospitality and turned it into a construction company. For more than 10 years we have been building our own projects across the districts of Alanya. We do not just put up residential complexes; we shape living spaces of a new level of comfort. Every New Level Group project carries its own architectural idea, worked out with current design thinking and today's building technology.
Our mission
Everything we build starts with what our clients actually want. We create modern, high-class homes that make living and holidaying on the beautiful Mediterranean coast of Türkiye genuinely comfortable.
Our strategy
We want to be the best at what we do, so we treat every task with real responsibility and keep quality under full control at every stage of construction, from choosing the plot and working through each detail to handing the project over on time. A well-coordinated team of professionals is what our success is built on.
We are building the largest project in the region
New Level Premium is the largest project on the coast by number of apartments, with nothing like it anywhere in the Mediterranean. Alongside the residential blocks, this luxury residence has a 5-star hotel and every amenity you could ask for. It stands in a beautiful spot, directly opposite the finest beach in Alanya, Incekum.
We are building the largest cruise yacht on the coast
Years of work in tourism and yachting showed us the potential in property investment. That is why we are already at work on our newest project, the largest cruise yacht on the coast, New Level Dream.
Building and chartering cruise yachts for VIP tours is a reliably profitable investment: it does not depend on location or season, and demand stays high. Right now there is no real, worthy alternative to a service this exclusive anywhere in the world.
Construction
We handle the whole process, from choosing the best locations and the design through to building the homes and looking after them afterwards.
Real estate agency
We specialize in the sale and rental of real estate in Türkiye and have our own extensive catalog of liquid, high-demand housing.
Tourism and yachts
Our experience in tourism includes running our own chain of hotels, organizing yacht tours, and designing and building yachts.
Related areas
We are also growing in furniture production, agriculture and restaurants, which lets us offer clients and partners a genuinely all-round partnership.
A large selection of properties for any purpose
We offer a wide selection of real estate, from modern apartments to elite villas, including finished complexes and projects still under construction. Every apartment works well for short-term rental, with options for a residence permit and citizenship by investment. Our projects meet the latest legal requirements. We build with our own funds only and always finish on time, which is how we keep the trust of partners and investors.
Optimal value for money
Because we secure land plots on exclusive terms, we can offer our clients a real range of properties at the most favorable prices. We will help you find the right option, one that brings together a good location, high build quality, full amenities and a fair price.
Favorable payment terms
When buying any apartment in New Level Group's projects under construction, our clients can count on an interest-free installment plan. We will agree on mutually beneficial purchase terms, settle the down payment and select a convenient, individual installment schedule.
Advanced construction technologies
Quality without compromise is the core principle we follow. We use the most advanced construction technologies and materials certified by the Turkish Standards Institute. This lets us guarantee comfortable, safe living and the durability of our properties.
Premium locations by the sea
We choose only first-class land plots on the Mediterranean coast of Türkiye, so the views from your own apartment are ones you will want to wake up to. Every complex we build comes with its own varied, modern infrastructure.
Fully prepared and custom designed
New Level Group apartments are delivered with fully finished, high-quality interiors, kitchen units and plumbing from leading manufacturers. When buying at an early construction stage, owners can adapt the interior finish and design to their preferences.
Guaranteed reliable investments
We strive to be the best on the market and value our reputation. Each of our projects reflects high professionalism and the meticulous work of the whole team. That is why apartments in New Level Group complexes rise in value right after commissioning, guaranteeing investors real profit.
Property management
When you buy property in our projects, you will not need to look for a management company. We handle everything related to maintaining your property, from technical and utility service to rental and financial reporting. Our specialists ensure the safety, comfort and security of your property, letting you enjoy ownership without unnecessary worries.
